INGREDIENTS: Serves 3
Olive oil, for cooking
2 onions, chopped
2g thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp flour
600g beef cocktail sausages
250ml non-alcoholic red wine
125ml beef stock
2 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard
500g potatoes, boiled, mashed
2 tbsp butter
125ml milk
Method:

Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan and saute the cocktail sausages until brown. Remove sausages. Set aside.
- In the same pan, heat more oil. Then add onions, thyme, salt and pepper. Fry gently. Add flour. Cook for a minute, then add non-alcoholic wine, beef stock, and mustards. Cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Take saucepan off heat and fold in the browned sausages. pour into a baking dish. Add butter and milk to mashed potatoes. Spoon potato mixture over the sausages. Bake for 15 minutes at 200C in an ovenproof dish. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
