BEEF WITH MACARONI

INGREDIENTS:      

200g  beef mince
200g  macaroni
25g  each, chopped ginger and garlic
100g  chopped onion and tomato
1  tbsp  tomato paste
50ml  oil
100g  cheddar cheese
10g  green chillies, chopped
10g  chilli powder
5g  each, cumin, coriander and garam masala powders
5g  chopped parsley
Salt, to taste

Method:
  • Boil macaroni in water, strain and keep aside. Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion, ginger and garlic till golden brown.
  • Add tomato, minced meat, green chilli, cumin, garam masala, chilli and coriander powders, and stir well. Add tomato paste and salt. Add macaroni and mix well.
  • Spoon in a serving dish and sprinkle cheese. Keep under a salamander for glaze and for the cheese to melt. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
Note:  You can substitute beef with any other meat of your choice.
